Not written yet: Name, postal address and contact email of whoever runs Flett.

The extension runs only on Claude artifact pages on claude.ai. There it shows a card. On a published artifact the card has a Copy button: when you click it, the extension reads that artifact and puts its HTML on your clipboard, so you can paste it onto a board. On other artifacts the card only explains how to download one.

It reads nothing until you click, and nothing on other pages or sites. It sends nothing to Flett or anyone else, keeps nothing, and has no analytics. What you copy only reaches Flett when you paste it onto a board yourself.

You sign in with Google or Microsoft. We keep the name, email address and profile picture they give us. For each sign-in session we keep its IP address and browser, to keep your account safe. You can change your name on your profile.

If you use a board without signing in, you get a guest account that holds no name or email. A guest account with no boards and no open session is deleted within a day.

We keep what you put on a board: blocks, notes, drawings, chats, and the images and documents you add. Everyone you share a board with sees it, and while you are on a board together they see your name and cursor.

A board you have not shared or signed in to keep lives only in your browser, until you share it or sign in. Your theme choice is also kept in your browser.

When you ask something, your message goes to the model together with that chat's earlier messages, a short list of what is on the board, and the content of the blocks and images you selected or named. It travels through the Vercel AI Gateway to DeepInfra, which runs the model. If the model searches the web or looks for photos, its search words go to Tavily or Pexels.

Stripe handles payments. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We keep your plan, your balance, and what each request cost.

Not written yet: Who hosts the app, the database and the files, where, and whether any of it leaves the EU.

One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere. Write to the contact above. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
