Interactive sheets and the library

A sheet can be more than a page: a checklist people tick, a poll they vote in, a timer, a spreadsheet, a game. Double-click a sheet to use it; Esc or a click on the board stops. What one person changes, everyone sees at once, and it is still there after a reload.

Ask the AI for one (“a checklist for launch day we can tick off together”) and it builds it this way. Viewers see the changes but cannot make them.

Components on the tool rail opens the library. Click a component to add it in the middle of your view, or drag it onto the board. Curated holds ready-made pieces for everyone; Mine holds your own.

Games

Darts (301, one to six players), Pool (8-ball for two, others watch), and Bullshit, the bluffing card game.

Running a session

A shared session timer, a retrospective with went well, to improve and actions, with votes and a blind mode, and a live poll.

Starting points

A spreadsheet with formulas, a slide deck, a project document and a map.

Diagram pieces

The AI uses the library too, for flowchart steps, kanban columns, timelines and the like.

The curated library grows over time, so it may hold more than listed here.

1. 1Select what you want to keep: notes, shapes, sheets, a whole frame.
2. 2Press Save as component in the selection toolbar and give it a name.
3. 3It appears under Mine, ready to add to any board.

A component holds up to 500 items and 2 MB. Deleting one from the library leaves the copies already on boards alone. Saving needs an account, and a board saved online.
